While we make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or modify orders affected by an incorrect price, description, promotion, or other information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the affected amount.

4. ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or shipped.

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for purchases made through our website.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product or checkout page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our posted Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Certain merchandise, including items marked Final Sale, gift cards, personalized merchandise, or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or purchase requirements.
